Dirt Doctors Pressure Washing knows that your time is valuable and we strive to offer you the best service possible.
We reserve a designated date just for you because keeping your home clean and providing good customer service is important to us, which is why every time we book an appointment for you, we set aside a time-frame on our schedule to ONLY serve you.
In order for us to keep this level of service, we ask our customers to give us a minimum of 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. This way, it allows us to serve other customers in need of services. Our techs’ times are highly requested and we want to make sure that our customers don’t have to wait for several weeks to be serviced, if at all possible. This is why we have a cancellation policy that we ask you to honor so we can attend the needs of all our customers in a timely manner. We respect and value your time and we ask that you do the same for ours.
If you fail to give us at least a 24 hour notice, the following may occur:
The first time, if we did not receive a 24 hour notice but have been notified before heading to your location, we will not charge you a cancellation fee. If we arrive to your service location and are unable to proceed with services at no fault of our own, you may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
The second time, you may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee, and we will ask for you to prepay for your next scheduled appointment at the time you schedule it.
The third time, you may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee, as well as being asked to prepay your future scheduled appointments at the time each appointment is scheduled.
If you fail to give a 24 hour notice when cancelling an appointment, it will take 2 years for the records to clear up. Every time a 24 hour notice is not given, the 2 years will renew.
